Morning, friends! Have you ever seen a brunch spread this gorgeous as this beauty captured by Alexandra Wallace with tasty bites by Gusto on the Go? They wanted to create a bridesmaid brunch that was as delicious, filling, and healthy as it all looked in photos. We’ve even got a cocktail recipe for that pomegranate paloma at the bottom of this photo, below!
This shoot was designed with one thing mind: food. What to eat, what to drink with it, and the table to display it on. We wanted to design a bridesmaid brunch setup that would not only be eye candy, but would be filling and delicious! Erin from Gusto on the Go crafted dishes including waffles topped with fruit, whipped cream, caramel sauce, nuts, you name it. On the healthier side, Erin made summer rolls with a soy sauce dip, smoothie bowls filled with blended and sliced fruit, and a smoked salmon breakfast bowl.
Keeping the food company was a spread of drinks from CJ, the owner of Copper + Crystal. Beverages included pomegranate palomas recipe included below), rose aperol punch, sangria verde, and a rosemary blood orange with vodka. The table was filled with florals from Eden Floral, who curated everything from vibrant arrangements, to edible blooms inside the punch bowl. The gals over at Lovelyfest Events created beautiful agate place cards with gold foil—a fun keepsake for guests!
