Marty and Claire’s wedding had a colorful, crafty, and fun vintage inspired hodgepodge spin to it. Their mid-century boutique venue, The Pearl, was half the charm. The rest was all thanks to Claire and her DIY magic. Like every single floral arrangement you’ll see, including that colorful bit up above. Claire made them months in advance using nothing but dried flowers (which also made for one less thing to worry about the day of the wedding). Lots of other goodies to check out in this one thanks to the awesome photography by Captured by Aimee!
The highlight of their wedding invitations were these tea stained hankys. The graphics were hand stamped with custom rubber stamps and each hanky was wrapped around a linen postcard reply card that was customized for each guest’s home state or city.
We love Claire’s bit of advice: DIY like crazy, only if it is fun for you. (Long engagements give you more time for projects. Don’t drive yourself nuts. This should be fun!)
Congratulations C + M!
