These two lovebirds worked out a beautiful wedding with a tight budget by DIYing a list of things from planning and designing, hair and makeup, to the florals, invitations and all paper goods. It was a true labor of love. And so was finding the perfect outdoor wedding venue. They wanted something that would lend itself to their rustic, laid back style, but finding that in Miami was close to impossible. Close to giving up, they followed a tip from Katie at Unearthed Vintage and visited Greynolds Park. It was beautiful, rough around the edges and you could tell the place had soul. The overgrown surroundings, sparkling lagoon, and stony buildings were just perfect.
Danielle created a simple peach garden rose bridal bouquet to hold.
A breakfast bar is always a crowd pleaser. They set up cereal, milk, waffles, orange juice, and plenty of sweet cupcakes for guests to nibble on.
Because our guest list was so small, the reception was very intimate and almost every guest made some sort of speech. It wasn’t planned and sort of threw off our timeline, but everyone was so sincere in their words that I didn’t care. So many laughs and happy tears!
