Would you believe us if we told you that Lauren + Daniel only hired a total of two vendors for their beautiful fall wedding? Mmhmm, it’s true. These two picked up Shannen Natasha Weddings for the photos and Urban Pie for the meal, and then called upon their loved ones to handle the stationery, florals, hair & makeup, calligraphy, and cake.
Lauren’s soft, organic bouquet recipe: English lavender, anemones, olive branches, ranunculus, and roses.
What an invitation suite!
Lauren says, Our wedding was an expression of God’s grace in our lives and we wanted to create a forest getaway for our family and friends to enjoy. We depended on the outdoors to decorate for us, and used soft, cool colors to complement wood textures we brought in and the greenery that surrounded the venue.
Daniel is a designer and also a carpenter, and as a surprise for the wedding he built a huge letter R to represent our last name. It was made from pallet wood and he added lights so that it could be used at our reception. I was so surprised, and it now has a perfect home on our back porch.
What a truly lovely day. Congrats Lauren + Daniel!
