Did you catch our recap of the Palm Springs dinner party we shared yesterday here on le blog? Pretty great, right? If you’re into Palm Springs venues as much as we are, consider this post your guide: Last month, we were lucky to tour several Palm Springs venues with The Venue Report + The Wedding Artists Collective, and it was nothing short of amazing! Hillary Angel of the Palm Springs Bureau of Tourism showed us all each place has to offer. Take a look for yourself below…
Each caftan clad lady got a custom map The Venue Report designed with Mae Mae Paperie, outlining the tour and with fun facts about each venue stop. How cute are these Palm Springs totes by Anthony & Stork?
Alright, so we kicked things off at the Frederick Loewe Estate in Little Tuscany. It’s an expansive, private midcentury modern space with four bedrooms, a tennis court, spa, pool, firepit, and rose garden, to name a few perks. Need we say more? It’s the perfect venue for a private garden wedding over looking Palm Springs.
Shira, Editor of Martha Stewart Weddings + Angel from Love & Splendor. So cute!
You’ve got panoramic views and lush gardens throughout…
Amanda looking fabulous in her caftan! As you can see, we had a pretty awesome dress code for this event.Love this photo of Robin from Gather Events.
Next up, Colony 29…
A little background… Colony 29 is surrounded by 6 acres of botanical gardens, mountain views, and lush landscapes. It was formerly an artist colony and has 6 homes with three outdoor venues and overnight accommodations. And can you beat this pool?! We honestly felt like we were not in Palm Springs anymore. It was such a nice change from all the modern architecture that you’re accustomed to in the area. What a beautiful backdrop for a wedding or honeymoon this would be.
Stop #3 was El Portal Estate in the Mesa neighborhood of Palm Springs: With bistro seating, bright yellow umbrellas, saltwater pool, gas firepit. This stunning 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom, 3,000 square foot luxury home is gated from the street on its very private 1/4 acre lot, making it a safe and secure property with magnificent desert views and surroundings.
Who else instantly feels relaxed looking at this setup? It’s a little slice of paradise that still feels homey.
Lastly, there was Hacienda Cantina & Beach Club, which is perfect for bachelor + bachelorette parties, rehearsal dinners, and get-togethers of any kind. Find pics on their website.
BIG thanks to Cortnie of The Venue Report & Lisa of The Wedding Artists Collective + the talented crew below who made it all happen!
