With a view as stunning as the one at the Mt. Lehman Winery in British Columbia, there’s no question as to what inspired today’s styled shoot. Candice of A Day to Remember Events + the team below simply wanted to accentuate the winery’s beauty by giving everything a warm and cozy feel. Once you see all there is to swoon over, we think you’ll agree the shoot was a major success!
Thanks to for Danaea Li Photography the photos.
A note from Candice on these creative invites…
The invitations were printed on oak veneer, using a simple typeface and design to keep it modern, while being paired with shimmery oranges, coppers, chocolate brown and a gorgeous floral liner.
So yeah, these florals… (!!!) BC brides, you gotta look into Floralista.
Candice says, For the bride’s makeup, a dramatic look was used with an earthy well-defined black liner, making her hazelnut eyes really pop. Her beautifully defined facial features were accentuated, while her lips were a soft shade. The bride’s hair flowed with the romanticism of her dress, curls and a braid that connected on the side, showing off the details of each side of her dress. A fairly natural eye was used for the two beautiful bridesmaids, while a zesty coral and pink lip colour was used for their lips, keeping the look very fresh.
Kudos to Tracey Le + Gaby Flader of Gaby Ramirez Makeup & Hair Company for creating this romantic look!
These guys have impeccable taste, don’t ya think?! Café lights, candles, greenery, wooden chairs, and soft florals gave everything that warm, intimate feel.
Mini naked cakes… Too cute, Le Gateau Bake Shop!
Thanks to everyone below for all the ideas! Would’ve been wonderful to see this one in person.
