Classic romance with a modern spin and hints of Italian elegance… That’s what Jennifer Bradshaw Events had in mind when designing the set at this San Francisco private residence in Pacific Heights. The home is so beautiful on its own, when you add all the elements Jennifer did, the inspiring details sure start to add up.
Thanks photog Edyta Szyszlo for sending these pictures!
For the bar I created a ‘his’ and ‘hers’ element so I matched Veuve and champagne coupes with Saison Du Point Beer and Biere steins. I stuck with the muted tones of peach, ivory, and gold and added pops of tangerine to match the glow of the pillar candles and play off the gold accents in the other rooms.
I love garlands for any tablescape because they add an element of modernity and wilderness, and paired with David Austin Roses you cannot ask for anything more lovely. The muted sequin linen was an amazing foundation for the magic of Frances Lane—the dishware and rose goblets added the extra bit of charm. I love the combination of peach, blush, and gold and wanted those colors throughout the shoot—all pretty and pink.
How perf are these sequins if you want a touch of sparkle without going too far?
