If sequins can work in the décor, they’re sure to work with the dress. The ladies that pulled together today’s midcentury modern wedding inspiration merged soft bohemian touches with more masculine vibes, establishing a balance between the stark lines of midcentury modern + those romantic boho accents. From planner and designer Ashley of Two Be Wed‘s choice in furniture and décor to this gold-dipped gown, the contrast isn’t lost on us. Balance is key, friends!
Thanks to Dana Fernandez Photography for the photos below…
The goal: to combine feminine and masculine elements in a beautiful + seamless way.
Dana says, The perfect example of this (and one of my favorites!) is the gown by Truvelle, as it starts as a simple sweetheart neckline and then ends with an amazing gold-dipped sequin train. Everything about this shoot was more than we could have hoped from the beautiful hand painted cake by Buttercup and to the beautiful and flawless florals by the talent Flower Power Productions!
Gold is such a good fit here, yeah?
A bar cart in a woodland setting… Yes, please.
This Buttercup cake. So fab.
Congrats on a successful shoot and session at The Fusion Workshop!
