How about a little coastal adventure to kick off the weekend? Ryan + Kristen’s e-sesh followed them from a clifftop to the sandy beaches along the shores of the Oregon coast, and it sure made for some incredible sunset snaps. Nikita Lee Photography captured every ounce of light filtering through the trees and reflecting off the water to represent R + K’s Oregon love story.
K + R both worked at rival coffee stands in their town when one day Kristen decided to give his shop a try. As fate would have it, they fell in love over the next year and now they’ll tie the knot this June in southern Oregon. Kristen tells it, A year after our first encounter was the best day of my entire life, when I got the greatest honor of being Ryan’s eternal bride. In the Old Mill District in Bend OR, three days before Christmas, he took me over the pedestrian bridge lit up so beautifully with twinkling lights, there he got down on one knee and took me as his bride.
Ryan came up with their Oregon location because 1) there are so many photo-worthy spots, and 2) the Oregon coast is where their love story began.

Kristen says, As soon as I became a bride, the one thing I was certain about was the necessity to find a photographer that would not only capture such a precious time in our lives, but one that could also portray the love we share for each other in photos we’ll cherish for a lifetime… Nikita has been such a blessing to work with and I am beyond thankful for the excitement she has shared with Ryan and I on this new adventure of ours.
