This pink bridal shower is so darling. And so pink. And so well put together by the gals at Lauryn Prattes Styling and Events. One of the bride-to-be’s best girls, Katherine, was delighted to execute the festivities of course. Given that Deborah is a stylish, sophisticated career girl, the shower’s design had to follow suit. And what better way to do so than for Kat to turn her house into an elegant wine tasting luncheon with big splashes of pink?

The place cards were laser cut + featured Laura Hooper Calligraphy balanced on each wine glass.
Lisa says, This modern pink shower was hosted at a private row home on Capitol Hill. Feminine florals in pink hues paired beautifully with the home’s rich navy walls. Upon arrival guests were greeted by grapefruit and St. Germain champagne cocktails in modern stemless pink champagne flutes. A wine tasting luncheon was inspired by the bride-to-be’s love for wine and featured four small bite courses that were paired each expertly paired with a different wine.
And a few words from Kat… Having a best friend get married is fantastic. It is going through the excitement of dress shopping and floral design without the headache of the guest list and the budget. I was fortunate enough to have my best friend get married this year and share in her experience. I know how stressful wedding planning can be so I wanted her bridal shower to be like a lyric out of the song My Favorite Things.
