Truth: There’s nothing quite like a rustic wedding in the fall. Bold colors and warm vibes and elegant décor, you know? Thinking the same, wedding photogs The Willetts found the perfect Atlanta venue, The Stave Room, to portray such an occasion. Along with Lila Wilson Weddings’ expertise, they added an unexpected twist: blue. And it sure made for a heavenly scene…
Caroline of The Willetts says, Gregg and I, and an incredible team of vendors were inspired by the textures and the rustic vibe of The Stave Room at American Spirit Works, Atlanta’s newest wedding venue and whiskey distillery. We wanted to showcase the breezeway of American Spirit Works and styled an intimate ceremony with a fabulous wedding arch to highlight the mirrored backdrop. We also couldn’t get enough of the mixed metals on our styled table. Rose gold has become a staple color at contemporary weddings and we loved the way everything came together!
Farm tables all the way, if you ask us.

The splashes of color in Juli Vaughn‘s florals + crushed velvet textures in the attire made the wood tones pop, especially on these wooden laser cuts by HiNote Stationery.
…Wrapping things up with a killer cake, like we do.
Kudos to the team below for a fantastic shoot. Cakes, be sure to check ‘em out:
