OK, guys. We gotta say: If a bohemian, geode wedding theme isn’t on your radar, we guarantee it will be by the time you finish scrolling. Why? As Arielle Fera Events proves below, it incorporates a ton of themes so many of our brides tell us are musts: romance, nature, modernity, and yeah, some show-stopping details. Just wait till you catch a closeup of that cascading bouquet and the rest of the photos Hope Helmuth captured:
First things first, if you’re opting for a romantic, slightly boho theme like this one, you’ve gotta find the perfect bridal wear, right? They opted for a handmade two-piece gown by Sweet Caroline Styles. The skirt mimicked their waterfall locale, and the lacy top + pastel shades made for one dreamy ensemble. The ring above is an emerald cut rutilated quartz stone designed by L.Priori. As the team stated, it sure makes you rethink diamonds!
Had to get the lowdown on this bouquet, can you blame us… The show stopping flowers were designed by Julie D’Agostino Designs. The overall floral style is loose, trailing, and very lush. Perfect for the bride who loves an artistic freeform look. The bride’s magnificent bouquet was designed to resemble a waterfall of flowers.
These magical bridesmaid ensembles would be the genius of BHLDN (of course!). The gals also had jewel-toned makeup + glowing skin by Emily Dimant with hair by Ariel Katrina.
To recreate the boho theme, try a color palette of blue, gray, and earth tones—it creates a moody + enchanted vibe.
The sweetheart table is such an important element in any wedding celebration, after all it is where the bride and groom share their first meal together as husband and wife. This moment deserves a table dressed to the nines! We used a live edge cherry sweet heart table hand-constructed by T&T Farm Tables and Bar Rentals. It was the perfect natural element to tie into the overall concept. The table was set with a collection of blue plates, mother-of-pearl flatware and geodes. A blue cheese and blackberry salad was “served” to mimic the look of rocks or raw geodes. The floral centerpiece was designed so that it appeared to be “falling off” the table to replicate a waterfall.
Annnnd this cake. Do you die?! Don’t know if we’ve seen a more flawlessly executed geode cake in all our days. Cake Life Bake Shop, you’ve outdone yourself.
