Did you catch this morning’s modern pop art inspired wedding? Safe to say this is one of the most creative, colorful days we’ve had on 100LC in quite some time. And we love how someone as iconic as Frida Kahlo could inspire a wedding anywhere in the world, just like photogs Gianni Di Natale and stylist Adriana Alfano proved in their shoot at Villa Magia along the Amalfi Coast. Take a peek!
Their story… There is a truly magical place to be found at one of the highest points in Positano. The purple-red of the walls, the green of the majestic cacti, the blue of the sea that bathes the coast, the purple of the bougainvillea, the yellow of the lemons: Villa Magia exudes an exotic and dreamy atmosphere.
Armando Malafronte was behind the bold floral + tablescape design. So interesting and full of detail! The cream bride + groom looks make a most perfect contrast to all the bold color, don’t you think?
The bright and lively tones of orange, yellow, green and red recall the unique atmosphere of the world of Frida Kahlo. We wanted to enhance the exotic character of this wonderful Villa, combining it with the typical features of the Amalfi Coast whose beauty is reflected in the terraces of Villa Magia.
