So many of you asked where you might be able to find those cute tea towels Danielle used for napkins at her gorgeous wedding, we figured we should do a little post on them. They are mighty cute. And pretty inexpensive if you buy them from restaurant supply sites by the dozen.
These are seriously all over the internet. You can just google ‘restaurant herringbone kitchen towels” and you’ll get a bunch of results, but if you’re looking for even more instant gratification, you can find them here:
Citisco
Ikea (but you can’t buy them online)
Cooking.com
Best Buy Uniforms
The WEBstraunt Store
Amazon
Mission Restaurant Supply
D.P. Textiles
Atomic Mall

careful, though — a lot of times when restaurants use these as napkins I end up with a lap full of very persistent towel-lint!
Thank you so much for posting this! I was contemplating making my own napkins out of some seersucker fabric i had lying around but i don’t quite have enough. These will work wonderfully!
Great idea! I use these for Steak Night at home for friends, and found mine at the local restaurant supply store. Buying in bulk, like restaurants do, will get you the best deal.
Such a cute idea! Love those pink striped ones.
What a fantastic idea! I kept toying with whether I should make my own napkins or not, too. These are perfect. I will probably screen print a cute little logo or initial monogram on them too. Voila!
thanks Jillian!
Love this! It feels so thoughtful, but not over-done.
I’m using them for my rehearsal dinner! Love them!
Love, love, LOVE this idea! Already thought of two brides I can recommend this to!
I really love these. I must pass on to my clients.
love these. i believe they also carry them at surfas in culver city.
I can’t tell you how many times I’m in Ikea spotting a bride and groom picking up these napkins by the cart-full. It’s always a fabulous idea and a lot cheaper than renting them.
Have the ones from Ikea and use them for everything! So classic.
