This is so fun and whimsical! Love that they are having fun with the big day!
Great details! Just LOVE the slurpee shot, very unique and cute!
Hi!
I just wanted to know where they got the beautiful scalloped seating card! I love them!
i love the overall color palette! The bouquet is especially fun with all of those bright colors!
OH my goodness. I love this so much! It totally reminds me of my childhood summers – complete with slurpees….of course!!! Each and every shot is utter perfection.
THIS IS ADORABLE!! i love the cake toppers, place cards, setting, and 7-11 picture!! to die for!
So adorable! Those cupcakes are just so sweet. Love the photo at 7-11, priceless!!!
Absolutely gorgeous!
Thank you so much for featuring our wedding! It really was the best day ever!
To answer Kelly McKee’s question, I couldn’t find anything that I really liked so I bought plain white place cards from Michael’s and used the Martha Stewart punch (also from Michael’s) to scallop the bottoms.
I think this is the punch I used: http://shop.marthastewart.com/Martha-Stewart-Edger-Punch-Doily-Lace/A/B002R6EAU6.htm
The 7-11 idea came from our wedding date. We got married on 7-11-09, so we thought it would be neat to take some fun pictures there.
looks like so much fun!!!! I wish I was there.
Great colors
Very fun and warm. I love the outdoor setting. I hope the weather is as nice for my wedding
I was lucky enough to be there, and it was as amazing as the photos show it to be. Kathryn was gorgeous, Sean was handsome, and the details of the event were perfect. The photographer did a great job of capturing “the magic”!
Beautiful wedding! Question- is that a card box that looks like a cake? Its adorable! Please tell me if you made it yourself or bought it on etsy!
Gorgeous wedding, love the details!
100LC – why aren’t your images loading in my google reader?
beautiful pics!
Even in front of a 7-Eleven, the wedding party looks posh and polished! I love the vintage touch to the photos, a perfect complement to their color palette. The mix of pale pink and burnt yellow is insanely beautiful and unique.
I think these wedding photos are so fun with a vintage look and feel! The pic at the 7Eleven with a slurpie – LOVE IT! Fantastic ideas – thanks for sharing!
Thanks, Libbi. You are too sweet.
DD, my Mom made the cake box. It was what we used to hold our cards. It was such a hit that she is making one for my girlfriend’s wedding this summer. She was thinking of opening a shop on Etsy.
Kathryn — where did you get the perfect white flower that you wore after you took the veil off? is it also from Nomsa on Etsey? thank you!
I love the yellow details!
Tashia-My mom made that too!
Love this photoshoot! The happy colors, the bride’s shoes (want these!!!) and all of the pretty details. We adore whimsical weddings! Thanks for sharing
1. I do not own a pair of yellow shoes. This post has showed me the absolute error of my ways.
2. I do not own a pair of badass sunglasses that coordinate with my wedding colors. Obvisouly, another serious oversight.
3. The photo in front of 7Eleven is complete perfection.
Congrats!
Ashleigh,
We’re not having any problems seeing images in Google Reader. Anyone else having this issue with this post?
Such a beautiful couple! I love all of the details and the photography! Looks like it was such a wonderful day.
Kathryn, if your mom opens that Etsy shop before July, please let me know! I am very interested in a cake/card box & I live in the chicago suburbs
Thanks!
So much to look at for inspiration! I agree that the 7-11 photo is amazing!
Hi DD,
You can e-mail me at colormewed@gmail.com and we can talk more about the cake/card box. I think this would be possible for July.
Kathryn.
i love the yellow shoes i see they are from jcrew but i dont see them on the jcrew website. I would love those shoes for my wedding
Ashley,
they are from last season. I think i saw some on Ebay though.
Absolutely gorgeous! Both are looking very good…I love her wedding gown very much.
