Morning, friends! Yesterday’s blush + yellow wedding inspiration was pretty spectacular, don’t you think? We’re continuing the blush-y wedding goodness with this dreamy modern editorial designer Kiss from Fleur and photog Cornelia Lietz whipped up for Kite & Butterfly‘s latest dress collection. Cue all the pink blooms!
This is the Penelope gown, which has a plunging neckline and deep V-back in French cotton lace.
Fine art calligraphy like this by Silent Word Studio added romance to the ultra-modern elements throughout.
They also chose a barely-there glass table and charivari ghost chairs to add uncomplicated modernity to the ethereal scene. Not to mention the iridescent flatware! They continued the translucent vibe with menu cards and vows on foil rather than paper.
Anna-Jill of Kiss from Fleur says, My vision for LA based designer duo Kite & Butterfly‘s new bridal collection was ethereal yet minimal. Our muse as a spring nymph, full of love and life, incarnates the philosophy of the Hollywood Hills-settled twin sisters’ brand. A divine young fresh spirit, who animates nature and loves to sing and dance, presents with beauty and caprice passionately delicate pieces of French lace and hand dyed silk. Timeless dresses reminiscent of a secret garden with true bohemian chic and free spirited attitude are accompanied by floral handcrafted headpieces so extraordinary, as if they were enchanted by a spring nymph’s magic aura.
Just a few tropical-inspired details always take things up a notch, don’t you think?
