When you think of Cedar Lakes Estate in Hudson Valley, a summer camp wedding might come to mind. As spectacular as that can be, Clover Event Co. and Faye & Renee were all about showing off the space for non-summer wedding dates, too. With a mauve + black color story woven throughout these photos by Ryon Lockhart Photography, you could incorporate bits of her design into romantic fall, winter, and early spring weddings while still taking advantage of the gorgeous outdoor setting.
Stunning hairstyle, huh? Boho Hair Salon is to credit for those pretty loose curls.
Their bride wore Truvelle Bridal’s Carral from Ashe B. & Co.. The mauve ribbon went right along with their color palette, too. They balanced the feminine look with a black encased diamond ring from L. Priori Jewelry.
Caitlin of Clover Event Co. explains, When thinking about the color palette, we also wanted to keep it not only seasonally neutral, but also gender neutral. The darker masculine tones were paired with soft feminine colors and textures like silk and velvet to create an edgy yet romantic look. We also incorporated textures, featuring wood farm tables topped with marble chargers, dark black plates, and thick marble candlesticks all softened up with a Silk & Willow mauve colored table runner, ornate glass bud vases and hand calligraphed menus and place cards.
Faye & Renee worked her magic with organic seasonal florals with textural blooms like astrantia and flowering branches.Shout out to the talented team below for inspiring us today…
