Guys, wait till you see Greta Tucker‘s closeups of this black lacy bridal ensemble (complete with a dip-dyed skirt), that loose, wild bouquet, and the gorgy venue, Primo Restaurant in Maine. Not to mention all the other details Doting and Details and Coco Design Company teamed up for. It’s a fall wedding inspiration overload, really…
Can you beat a venue like this?
They created a contrasting theme of fine art, old world style mixed with modern elements combined with the idea of a big fall feast. The color palette had oatmeal, gold, and lush greens and dark tones.
The table was dressed with a classic cheese cloth folded floor length and draping. Varied sizes of antique brass candle sticks, black tapers, gold mercury glass votives were nestled amongst the abundant florals by Coco Design Company arranged in the one-of-a-kind handcrafted, marbled pottery from Campfire studios. Bowls of fruit and berries off set the florals with gold artichokes tucked in with artfully arranged chartceuterie boards of savory sea bass, roast beef and various cheeses displayed on thick wooden cutting boards provided by the two-time James Beard award winner Chef Melissa Kelly.
The aforementioned lace top was paired with a full, flowing Sweet Caroline Styles skirt.
Cassie of Doting and Details cleverly spray painted the pomegranate place cards in black with gold calligraphy offset with a sprig of olive leaf to outline the menu from Blue Novella. She carefully crafted an intimate and celebratory wedding feast underneath a dreamy floral and greenery chandelier designed by Coco with the Edison lighting and framework by Maine Event Design & Decor.
Their goal was to create an artful elopement feast that inspires scenes of grandeur for a bride + groom’s special day. Mission definitely accomplished, if you ask us!
