Pink and blue has long been one of our fave combos as far as wedding colors go, but after peeping these images Amilia Photography sent our way, we have a whole new appreciation for this romantic palette. Inspired by Monet and French impressionist paintings, Amilia + the team gave these soft pastel hues a vibrant textural upgrade, and we have to say, it’s pretty swoon-worthy…
All the color palette inspiration you need, right here! Are you pinning yet?
The color palette of this shoot uses two colors seen in many of Monet’s paintings—blush pink and soft blues. Our bride wore two amazing dresses—a magical, blush Galia Lahav gown with a full skirt and glittery accents, and a delicate pale blue Claire Pettibone dress with lace accents. Both dresses made a statement in Riverwood Mansion‘s unique and colorful rooms.
Mezzanine Floral dreamt up a full, organic bouquet and tons of pretty little floral details to pair with the delicate gold calligraphy by Olive Juice Press and sweets by Baked in Nashville. Both gowns from LVD had the most subtle pastel tones… Such a perfect fit for a shoot capturing soft brushstrokes and glimmers of light.
Even more magical that these photos were captured on both film and digital, don’t you think? Thanks to Amilia + the talents below for inspiring us on this Tuesday…
