Beautiful spring weather always has us dreaming of romantic getaways around here (then again, what doesn’t?), so today we’re living vicariously through all these photos Scott Clark shot at Monteverdi Tuscany in the 900 year old village of Castiglioncello Del Trinoro. Monteverdi Tuscany completely restored the space + brought in culinary offerings, all while preserving its cultural heritage and historic beauty. All this and we haven’t even gone over the bridal look…
Prim & Pixie at it again with those dreamy invites. And about the dress! That would be a flowing, ethereal gown by Delphine Manivet from Solstice Bride. So lovely.
A bit more about the area… This region of Tuscany during the Renaissance was at the epicenter of the tremendous flourishing of intellectual and artistic life, and a gathering of the world’s leading artists, scientists, poets, and philosophers. New ways of understanding the world and what it means to be human are themes that grew out of this profound period—and provide the ultimate inspiration for Monteverdi today.
We hear it was pretty spectacular weather in Tuscany during this shoot, perfect to pair with this fresh Puscina bouquet! See more in our gallery below:
BTW, Monteverdi offers up villas with up to six bedrooms, luxury rooms and suites, honeymoon accommodations, annnd an 800 year old chapel for those looking for a place to say I Do. What could be more romantic?
