We sure love seeing how our brides + grooms incorporate other cultures into their weddings here in the US, and this Spanish inspired wedding editorial shot by Abigail Malone Photography at tapas restaurant Cooks and Soldiers in Atlanta is guaranteed to inspire. Good food, drink, and friends—what more do ya need?
Their Spanish inspired color palette of red, yellow, gold, orange, pink, and cobalt blue makes for quite a festive spring or summer affair.
The people of Spain are not in a rush. They value the people and place around them, and so they linger to enjoy food, wine, music, and one another’s company. What a wonderful way to celebrate a wedding! What I hoped to capture in this shoot is that richness of celebration—from the bold colors, to the flamenco-inspired dress, to the table filled with food, drink, and friends. And that gorgeous mantilla veil really tied the Spanish feel together!
This Lis Simon beauty from La Raine’s Bridal Boutique is our kinda dress.
Rather than just the colors, the team wanted to capture the Spanish way of life: vibrant, rich, and slow.
