Morning, friends! Have you all heard of The White Sparrow wedding venue in Texas? From the looks of these photos by Gray Door Photography, it’s got just about the most magical barn ever. Katie Frost Weddings designed a bold tropical celebration within its pristine white walls that wasn’t just eye-catching, but a totally new take on the whole barn wedding concept:
Our invitation suite, menus, and place cards were all lovingly hand-lettered by Erin of Sweet Magnolia Paper. Every piece of greenery—from the palm leaf table runner to the fruitful aisle arrangements and bouquet were hand crafted by Dianne and Justine of Fleurs de France. We believe your wedding day should be a reflection of you and your love. This wedding inspiration shoot is those brides and grooms whose love is true, playful, passionate, sweet, and of course a little adventurous!
This scene right here. What. A. Dream.
The whitewash interior of the White Sparrow Barn added a bridal delicacy to our shoot while allowing our festive color palette of greens, magentas, turquoise, and sunset yellows and oranges to sing! Sugar Bee Sweets Bakery provided our trio hand-painted cakes adorned with fresh florals (and an adorable miniature pineapple!) from Fleurs de France.
One tip the team at Katie Frost Weddings has for all you engaged Cakies: you’re not alone! This shoot only came together so beautifully with the hard work of all the talents below, and the same thing can happen if you enlist a dependable, creative crew for your big day, too. So true.
Bringing the tropics to Texas… We’re into it!
