Summer may be ages away (though you’d never know it here in steamy LA), but today we’ve got the perfect little set of photos to share with you from Lindsay & Mike’s water’s edge wedding. These two are longtime fans of The Surf Lodge in magical Montauk, NY – a hotel and restaurant with some seriously gorgeous sunsets and a low-key, laid-back and super pretty vibe. They knew right away this had to be the place they got married, and once you see the amazing decor and scenery they had as a backdrop, we can definitely see why!
Lindsay & Mike ousted the classic traditions and opted for a more personalized style, with outfits they could rewear, music by their fave cover artist, a fun little singalong on the beach, and more… everything is just so easy and pretty and cheery!
The knee-length dresses are a definite win, and that combo of breezy turquoise touches with the punchy pink flowers is to die for, right? Very summery
Bicycle baskets = always precious. Love the bicycle-themed invites, too!
Guests sipped on the couple’s favorite cocktail from The Surf’s Lodge, and from the looks of it, enjoyed some pretty tasty eats, too.
Lindsay & Mike hunted down old photos of each of the guests and turned them into these darling polaroids to string up and hang as decor. Doesn’t get more personal than that, does it?
The whole event is just so relaxed and pretty, we feel happy just looking at it! Congrats, Mike & Lindsay!
