Lauri + Karley’ approach – add random details that perfectly reflect what they love. Guests dined on blue enamel camping dinnerware, wildflowers, cacti and jars of candles found themselves in every open space available, a nothing-but-donuts sweets table provided the always welcomed sugar rush, and at the end of the night Lauri threw on a plaid flannel, ran through a glow stick tunnel send off and into their honeymoon ride (Dodi the 1986 Toyota Dolphin) parked out front already packed to go with bikes and canoes for their honeymoon road trip. Big thanks to Still Music Photography for sharing this one with us!
The historic, Santa Margarita Ranch sitting pretty on the Central California coast on nearly 14,000 acres of beautiful California landscape.
As you can see below there were total of 12 groomsmen, including the groom + 3 dapper ring bearers. Impressively, Karley’s mother and sister handmade all the guy’ ties + the little guys’ bowties!
We shared this pic on our Facebook yesterday afternoon and y’all were lovin’ it! With good reason. This is a good looking gang of gals here with the most adorable variety of bridesmaid dresses.
So darling!
Lauri, her mom, Karley’s mom and the bridesmaids put all the reception and decorative flowers together the Friday before the wedding using daisies, ranunculus, feverfew, string of pearl, billy balls, peonies, million star, gerberas, anemones, freesias, lissies, roses… and lots of succulents.
Their music: Karley and the groomsmen entered to the sentimental version of Swept Away by the Avett Brothers. The girls and Lauri walked down to You’re That Way to Me by Jon Troast. They walked into the reception to Hall & Oates, You Make My Dreams Come True and had their “first bite of donut” to She’s Got the Honey by Mat Kearny. The father/daughter dance was to the country song I loved Her First. And, L + K’s first dance was the classic Heaven by Bryan Adams.
We raise and wave our glow sticks at these two and wish them the best!
