Remember the days when almost all weddings took place in ballrooms? If you wanted to have an elegant and glamorous wedding, it meant booking a hall with not much character, and you were limited to how you could style the space. It Takes Two Events and VUE Photography are challenging that idea and sharing how a rustic, industrial space with so much preserved history can be transformed into an elegant setting for an intimate affair, or large celebration. Take a peek…
We did not try to mask the rustic features of the space, but rather showcase them by framing them in soft lighting and draping. Additionally we added luxury linens both to the ceremony and reception areas, which included sheer gold sequin chair covers at the ceremony and alternating gold lace and gold sequin tablecloths for the reception tables.
You can never go wrong with hanging floral garlands, right? Such a great dramatic feel hanging above the dining table too.
A whole lot more to see up close in our gallery, so make sure to pop in to add some pretty to your Pinterest boards. Like those sequin covered chairs… amaze.
