Beth and Peter are New Yorkers who wanted a very Californian destination wedding for their friends and family to enjoy: bare feet in the sand for the ceremony, and then a cozy and intimate dinner party to celebrate. (Doesn’t that sound lovely, cakies?) Candlelight, warm rustic colors, and a modern setting with a view were all key to this wedding. And with Sitting in a Tree handling the design and EPlove behind the lens, you know it turned out gorgeous.
Beth says, Our rabbi got so many facts wrong about us and our relationship that we were all laughing during the ceremony. It loosened things up a bit. That’s what you get when you hire a rabbi that you haven’t known for a lifetime. But I don’t think I’d change it because it added some levity to the situation. So funny!
What a perfect guest book idea for an earthy, beachy wedding.
It’s not everyday that you see a jewel toned color story for a beach wedding—and that’s kind of what we love about it!
Congrats lovebirds!
