Nope, not an Edward Sharpe music video or a page out of the Urban Outfitters spring catalog. Just a dinner party held for a group of creative folks out at Historic Seven Sycamores Ranch in central California. With Third Element Photo Co. behind the lens and Kim from Drops Of Honey Designs working her event styling magic, it’s full of yummy bites; simple, minimalist florals; and a good dose of vintage Americana.
A little bit about The Common Table, from Kim: The Common Table has a two-part vision. Part one is to unite local creatives by sharing a meal around the table. Part two is to inspire creativity by inviting different well known entrepreneurs/community leaders to speak at each event. The table is a place where we get nourished by the food and conversation that gets served there. And my desire is to see people walk away inspired, encouraged, and ready to pour back into their creative gifts—whether that’s a business, a new project, or new skill they’re learning.
