Well if this isn’t the sweetest thing you’ll see today… When Designer + Stylist Jenny Bradley got the news of her gal Darya’s engagement, she jumped at the chance to throw her a bridal shower. She took to planning an intimate gathering in her childhood home to create all the lovely details she knew Darya would fall for. And who wouldn’t love a sweet summer soiree to celebrate their big moment?!
Thanks to the talented D’Arcy Benincosa for the photos.
Jenny says, It was decided that an evening outdoor party in the backyard of my childhood home was the answer, with its quaint cottage look, giant weeping willow trees, cinderblock walls crawling with ivy and expansive weathered deck, it was the perfect backdrop for the fresh, natural and rustic theme I wanted.
Pretty little DIY frayed linen napkins.
Rustic sterling silver flatware + trays and wooden and brass bowls c/o friends and fam…
More details from Jenny: The guests were greeted by a self-serve lemonade and limeade bar with slices of fruit and freshly cut mint leaves from the garden. The bride was admired in a delicate floral crown and ladies mingled amongst the yard before a delicious buffet style dinner accented with luscious eucalyptus and a stunning centerpiece full of berry blooms and greenery. The night was perfect as we ate, laughed and celebrated a beautiful friend.
Can Le Loup bake a cake or what?!
Congrats to the bride-to-be… and props to the amaze team below…
