Morning cakies! We’re so excited to share this one with ya. Recently 100lc took a trip over to Palm Springs for The Wedding Artists Collective’s Collective Gatherings dinner at the ever-beautiful Korakia (learn more about this fab venue here). Thought we’d take a few moments to relive this magical evening and share our fave details.

Lisa of The Wedding Artists Collective decided on Korakia for the venue…
Korakia for me is what I imagine the fountain of youth would be…It feels so good there, so relaxed and beautiful. The staff pays attention to the little details without anything feeling too fussed over. So when conceiving of the next Collective Gathering it was an obvious choice and thankfully Korakia generously agreed to host us. With all of its natural, rustic beauty Korakia is breathtaking the way it is but I knew if we brought in the right design elements we could make an environment that was truly magical.
Wouldn’t mind a few of these in our own homes… PowWow Vintage Rentals created such an inviting lounge space.
Our meal consisted of a Moroccan-style dinner from Whoa Nelly Catering, wine pairings by Domaine LA, and cocktails from the Please & Thank You Bar.
The eclectic hotel + already-stunning landscape inspired the entire design. Megan of Enjoy Events Co. says, I knew I wanted to design the table in neutrals with black, stone plates, brass chargers, copper cups and wood flatware to set a simple yet refined look. In keeping the tabletop neutral also meant clean, modern paper goods.
Shotgun Floral Studio whipped up some of the most amaze vibrant, wild florals we’ve ever seen.
A most perfect way to spend an evening among good food, good company, and the stars, yes?
