Hannah and Wade have the cutest story. After being together for 7 years—during which they moved cross country, bought a home and puppy, and became a part of each other’s families—they decided to tie the knot. Hannah looked all around the country for beautiful city hall venues to elope. They found the most beautiful one in San Francisco… Perfect for an intimate wedding, especially since their fam is west-coast based. Given their love of SF anyway, it was an obvious choice! 5 months later, they had a beautifully simple San Francisco destination wedding of 64, and we’re super happy Delbarr Moradi is sharing the photos today!
Anemone + peony are a romantic pair, don’t you think? Hannah says, I really wanted anemone and peonies, and Tulipina Floral Design did an amazing job. Her flowers for the ceremony and dinner were gorgeous.
Hannah’s advice: Be openminded about your dress. She thought she knew exactly what she wanted, but ended up with a very different style that she loved instead. And it’s gorrrgeous on her, right?!
Wade and I decided to have our “first look” before the ceremony at Crissy Field. When I arrived, Wade was there waiting up on a little hill, with his back to me. I remember walking toward him with views of the Golden Gate Bridge and water when it all hit me “I get to marry the love of my life TODAY,” and as I tapped his shoulder he turned and I’ll never forget the way he looked at me.
Such chic decor to accompany those gold + pink vibes…
They focused on keeping it simple: ceremony, trolley, dinner. And a rehearsal dinner for everyone at Burger Bar. They didn’t have a set budget, but luckily some family contributed in lieu of gifts, and they had the wedding for $25,000.
H + W are happy they hired the team they did: From choosing Delbarr Moradi as a photog to planning help from Going Lovely to having makeup done by Minia Makeup over mimosas + breakfast… It all came together with their help.
Congratulations, Hannah and Wade!
