If you love pink, Margaret + Michael’s Savannah wedding sure will sweep you off your feet. It was all about classic southern style for them—a Dixieland band, the iconic fountain in Forsyth Park, and a little vintage glamour for a timeless feel (just like their Pinterest hinted!). They also personalized details throughout, from the bridesmaid sashes Margaret’s mom made to the surprise Caddyshack gopher groom’s cake for Mike, (he’s a golf professional). Thanks to Devon Donnahoo Photography for sending these shots our way!
Ah, these Kate Spade beauties… Our bride’s got style!
Margaret tells it, The most memorable moment from the day was sitting in the vintage car with my dad before we walked down the aisle. I think it stands out because it was one of the few quiet moments during the day and we were both able to really take it all in and appreciate the day.
Margaret wore a Lazaro ball gown with a sweetheart neckline and silk satin organza bodice, tulle skirt with horsehair hem, and chapel train. Her bouquet recipe: Pink and red roses, Esperanza, stock, ranunculus, peonies
And what goes better with flowers than cake…
M + M planned for 9 months with a budget of 20-30k. Their advice? It’s never too early start planning in order to secure the vendors you want!
Cheers guys!
