Cakies, we think you’ll want to take this color palette down: poppy red, blush, sage green, peach, orange, and white. So good! And just the vibe for a simple summer elopement that’s jazzed up with elegant accents like lush blooms and a spectacular wedding dress. Photog Lindsay Madden + the crew below chose Central Park as the backdrop for elopement inspo because of how many people travel to New York and specifically the park for I Do. It really is a dreamy place for nuptials, right?
So. The dress. It’s by Lihi Hod and as you can see the front is every bit as gorgeous as the back. Her designs contain layers upon layers of delicate fabric, intricate hand-beading, and embroidery. Sigh.
For the tablescape, we wanted it to feel like an intimate dinner party effortlessly thrown together with your best china, crystal candlesticks and monogrammed hemstitch napkins. Henry & Co Design and Full Aperture Floral brought our vision to life so effortlessly. The dinner table was overflowing with lush blooms with a “just picked from the garden” look, ornate silverware and stemware. Raspberries and macarons were set on the table as well.
