The story goes: These two met through friends at Adam’s bday party back in 2009. Though it took two years to reconnect, one day Jenny took a leap of faith and invited him out. Which was kinda the best move… In 2013, he popped the Q on a surprise getaway. As you can see J + A love to go big (they even had two engagement parties to prolong the magic). So after almost two years of planning, their Cabo Surf Hotel big day was everything they envisioned, all captured by the lovely Sara Richardson.
They had Corina of Cocorrina (you’ve all seen her amaze blog, right?) design her invitation suite and paper goodies + on design and printing too Nic. Roc Designs. Dream team!
Jenny says, We kept joking with friends and family that we would get married in Mexico to keep it intimate and low key. Little did we know that all our friends and family loved this idea and it turned into a 105 people celebrating in our favorite place. With my husband’s surfer California vibe and my love for the water and palm trees, Cabo San Lucas was our dream destination.
Paradise, much?
The festivities started with a beach-chic s’mores bonfire and a tropical-glam rehearsal dinner at Hacienda Cocina. The wedding night was pure magic. Thanks to the incredible Kilometro, our guests were on the dance floor from the minute Adam and I made our grand entrance. I had to beg them to head to the beach for the epic sparkler photo I wanted so badly. No one wanted to go home the next day and we all plan to make a reunion trip next year to Cabo Surf Hotel. It was beyond my wildest dreams. Bringing over 10 different groups of friends and family from 7 different states and multiple cities it was like we had all known each other for a lifetime. (Cabo must have something in that water of theirs.) I cried the entire plane ride home and look at my wedding photos every single day. It was the perfect way to start our life adventure together, because true love is the greatest adventure.
There’s no stopping now…
Congrats Adam and Jenny!
PS: They gushed about the whole crew below, so go ahead and see for yourself…
