We’re noticing a trend already this year. Petite cakes (preferably of the floral-topped variety) balanced out with big, bold bouquets—as expertly shown in this editorial by photog Daria of plenty to declare. And you know what? We’re way into this shift. Click through for all the copper + blue wedding ideas at London’s Millbridge Court.
Love how unexpected this bright blue hue is.
And aren’t these the cheeriest orchids you’ve ever seen? Westwood Design was behind the floral design.
We decided to walk away from the standard table set up and focus more on nibbles and snack food, complimented by other smaller elements, which can easily be replicated by brides in real life. And with the majority of the shoots being very feminine, we wanted this one to be more neutral. That’s why we decided for the main colour to be indigo. The copper elements add the extra warmth and the organic opulence of unique flower combinations along with rich textures of various foods created a lush feast we called a midnight feast.
Couldn’t end without sharing this glorious menu…
Mini Buttermilk Doughnuts
Blueberry Fruit Tartlets
Salted Caramel Chocolate Brownies
Coffee and Walnut Cake
Camembert with Nut Brittle and Figs
Rosemary Shortbread
Seed Loaf with Herb Butter
Pear Crisps
Fresh Blueberries
Pecorino Rosso
Yummm. Thanks to Daria + the team below for sharing today.
