Brunch on any given day is kind of a big deal (we’re sure we’re not alone in this), but for I Do? Who wouldn’t want to be a guest at that wedding? Carly M Photography chatted with Cristen & Co. about her vision for a springy Parisian brunch styled shoot + they brought Paris right to Somerville, MA.
From Cristen of Cristen & Co... The stunning bride was dressed in both a gorgeous, structured two-toned Truvelle gown and a beautiful, lace detailed flowing Martina Liana gown with her hair in the most enchanting delicate curls. The custom invitation suite mimicked the lush blooms and was the most adorable mini folded card that fit perfectly into the black envelope. Each elegant place setting was dressed with a handmade gold chocolate Eiffel Tower inside a glass bell jar on a white and gold scalloped plate and a personal pink salt and pepper dish.
Write this one down, Cakies: grapefruit + rosemary bellini. Yuhhhmmm.
They went off a French country color palette of blush, gold, light wood, grey, and soft neutrals.
Three words: Belgian. Waffle. Cake. Ah! Cristen says, When you think of brunch and Paris, you think decadence and deliciousness. We created our own brunch inspired French patisserie, a table full of Belgian waffle cakes dusted in sugar, a tower of delicate raspberry French macarons and miniature blush cakes dripping with brushed gold frosting from Sweet Indulgence.
