We have to say we’re super impressed by all the unexpected wedding ideas we’ve seen so far in 2016. Take this scene: you wouldn’t think a 70s inspired forest ceremony backdrop would be romantic and feminine, and you wouldn’t normally include pink + peach in a masculine color palette, but Glint Events made it all happen. Thanks to Stephanie Yonce Photography for sharing the photos!
A little pop of modern with the invitation suite…
They combined those feminine colors with brown and earth tones, plus suede details and textured fabric. The team says, Inspired by the art of juxtaposition, Glint Events dreamed up a wedding inspiration shoot filled with constant visual play between masculine/feminine, dark/light, and indoor construction/outdoor natural in the heart of Virginia’s capital.
Such a pretty tabletop!
From the mid-century modern leather seating to 1970s reminiscent forest scene backdrop to the crisp clean contemporary invitation design, this inspiration shoot is a feast for the refined eyes and senses and perfect for any couple looking to blend together the unexpected into their wedding day.
Have you ever seen a cake like that? So unique, just like this whole vignette. Thanks to everyone below for inspiring us today…
