If you couldn’t tell by the photo above, Rich of Chard Photo captured the most incredible sunlight in this sand dunes e-sesh that Kylie of Vintage Flower Co sent our way. Bride-to-be Kristi is lucky to know these talented wedding folks so when it came to celebrate her engagement to Dustin, it was a no brainer. Oh, and did we mention we have a sweet story from her too?
The bride loved the idea of shooting at the Glamis Dunes to create a clean look that centered around the two of them. She says, We love the simplicity and the beauty of the rolling sand dunes and the amazing sunsets.
This pretty lace is For Love & Lemons.
Dustin and Kristi’s dad pulled off the proposal on a lunch date for the three of them in San Clemente.
Kristi tells it, As soon as we got out of the car Dustin said he had to use the restroom, my dad’s girlfriend greeted us but my dad was nowhere to be found. I figured he was in the restroom as well! Little did I know Dustin went to go change into a full-blown suit. I started walking around and found this amazing outdoor patio that overlooked the entire ocean. I then saw my dad sitting at a water fountain playing his guitar. I walked up to him and tried to ask what he was doing, but before I knew it he started singing a country song called I Could Love You Like That. I looked behind me and there comes the man of my dreams walking down a set of stairs to me all dressed up. He got down on one knee and asked me to marry him!
