Natashia says, Tansy Hill is a local wedding venue in the heart of Wisconsin. A barn foundation from the 1800s on the property served as the backdrop for the shoot. It’s overgrown with grape vines, and the adjacent gardens full of late summer blooms were just perfect to bring our vision to life. It was just the right mixture of nature and historic elements.
OK so, the first tip? If you can’t swing the hand lettered invites for all guests, just have one suite made for the photographer to capture. You can always add hints of calligraphy elsewhere, and you’ll have a memento of the day’s details.
We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again: fresh fruit can always double as décor. Natashia + the team used plums, blackberries, and blueberries to get that late summer, seasonal feel, without going over budget with décor.
Elements of a timeless vineyard-themed table: candles, cascading greenery, texture, and vintage glassware. As long as you stick to your color palette, you can always find authentic vintage pieces at thrift stores (and keep them afterward!).
The Main Grain Bakery + Inspired by Nature teamed up for this stunner of a cake. Dressing a simple cake with florals is an easy peasy way to add elegance to the dessert.
