All good wedding themes start with a muse. For Lindy of Lindy Hickman Photography, this modern wedding inspiration at Moss in Denver began with her grandmother’s carrara marble cutting board. Think white, gray, and pale blue. Timeless, yet modern. Something Styled brought the color story together and finished everything off with some seriously swoon-worthy floral arrangements.

One of the most vital components of our vision for this shoot was the location. We needed a space that conveyed a modern, clean feel, while also providing the vintage elements that exude timeless elegance. Moss delivered on every account. The expansive white space was so light and airy, but it also incorporated some beautiful vintage elements, such as the soaring factory windows. We saw Moss as so much more than a backdrop for this shoot. The space truly came alive in photos and became such a pivotal element to the overall look of the shoot.
Their inspiration for the bouquet? Timeless simplicity + statement pieces. Yes and yes!
Lindy explains, Given that my grandparents had a lifelong and inspiring love story, I felt that the marble represented so much of what I loved about their relationship—both stood the test of time, never diminishing beauty. My grandfather passed away from cancer last year. He took his final breaths holding the hand of his bride of 64 years. To me, theirs is the love story that every blushing bride and handsome groom hopes for on their wedding day. It is the story of a love that withstands every trial, while remaining steadfastly beautiful.

Lastly, even though the crew below worked their magic on an indoor venue, they made sure all the details throughout really repped how wonderful a Colorado wedding can be. They make a pretty convincing argument, huh? Beautiful work!
