Awesome plan for any proposal: enlist a personal bartender to mix up celebratory custom cocktails like the crew in this shoot by Greta Tucker Photography + Pinch Me Planning did. So genius, right? Might want to try your hand at one of the Valentine’s Day cocktails below this eve, too…
Chamomile Honey Syrup
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup honey
1-2 chamomile tea bags
Strawberry Chamomile Paloma
3 ounces fresh grapefruit juice (about half of 1 grapefruit)
2-4 tablespoons chamomile honey syrup (or to taste)
2 ounces tequila (omit to make a virgin version)
4 fresh strawberries, sliced
sparkling water, for topping off
crushed ice
They kept the tablescape elegant + romantic, and went with a color palette of red, blush, gold, and white.
A few notes from the team… El’s Cards not only made special drink cards, but also customized engagement signs for the future bride and groom. The celebration concluded with the cutting of the pink champagne drip-cake. Mainely Wedding Cakes was also inspired by the couple’s love for nature and created an agate cake for Melissa and Rick to take home and share with family and friends!
