Hope you guys are enjoying all the Valentine’s Day content we’ve had up this past week (scroll through our home page for the recap!). This New England wedding inspiration Lindsay Hackney designed + captured has all those moody, romantic vibes we love so much, along with the total elegance that is the Hampshire House in Boston. Shall we?
Alright. Apotheca Flower Shoppe, you’ve outdone yourself. And we’re not even to the bouquet…
Love getting a few extra peeks at the Mr’s fashion too.
Lindsay says, With a space as elegant and lush as Hampshire House, I envisioned an intimate elopement for a modern Grace Kelly with an edge. Ceremony Boston (just up the street from Hampshire House in Beacon Hill!) provided a stunning Sarah Seven gown with clean lines that showed just the right amount of skin.
Our tablescape started with traditional elements–raised damask linens, gold-rimmed glassware, and lush florals–which we deconstructed a bit with hand-dyed ribbon, undone napkins and modern flatware. I imagined our couple sitting down to dinner for two after their intimate ceremony, taking in the view of Boston Common and sipping champagne before an evening alone. What could be more romantic?
Stunning cake a la Artisan Bake Shop for ya…
