Fridays in June, you’re going by too fast! Before we head into the weekend, we’re spending a little time perusing this elegant bridal editorial featuring three gorg Rime Arodaky gowns. Not to mention all the rest of the elegant, modern wedding ideas Erin Land dreamt up with her hubby, photog Matthew Land Studios, behind the lens in their PNW studio…
Closer peek at those pretty gowns.
Erin says, As a floral designer and event stylist, I’m typically working on designs tailored to clients and couples. This styled shoot was an open-ended opportunity to flex my creative muscles and craft a look that showcases my style as a designer. My love for light, airy backdrops, modern bridal fashion, and fun pops of color informed the overall aesthetic of this styled shoot, which combined modern elements and a fun, unstuffy, elegance.
The stationery and calligraphy was sourced from local shop, Spruce.
I draped the table in a grey velvet linen from La Tavola Fine Linen, and set the table using pieces from my personal collection for clean lines and neutral tones. The florals throughout the shoot lent a fun pop of color and flowing, organic lines to the design. The gowns by Rime Arodaky, courtesy of The Dress Theory, the vellum envelopes and the calligraphy/clean typography combination by Spruce, and the minimalist, hand-painted cakes designed by Saltadena all added modern touches to this shoot.
Erin + Matthew, you sure make a fab team! See everyone involved in the credits below:
