World traveling friends, have you been to Ibiza? Our bride Coline used to spend her summers on the island, so she and Kerim loved the idea of saying I Do in the church her aunt got married exactly 40 years before. As you’ll see below, San Miguel Church is historic and stunning, and their reception spot, Can Rafal, has a laidback, family vacation vibe. Both so fitting for this stylish duo (who met while working at L’Oreal, BTW). All the details Studio A+Q captured of Le Jour du Oui‘s wedding design are sure to fuel your wanderlust…
Wishing we could jump into this photo right about now…
Their style is a bit boho chic, so a lisianthus and rose floral crown by Evelina Florence Flowers and a two-piece Rime Arodaky gown was the perfect ensemble for Coline.
Such a stunning church to spend your childhood visiting, huh?
They opted for a Mehari car to whisk them from the church to the reception venue, a restored finca, on the island.
For the flower design, the aim was to match elegant flowers like giant peonies and roses with Ibiza’s natural elements: hemlock, olive leaves and rosemary, plants that grow wildly on the island. Only greens and white flowers for the church compositions put in big straw baskets, while for the centerpieces we used mat stone pots and transparent bottles. The dinner was a very important moment for the couple, so we tried to give more value enlightening all the wooden tables with a structure of string vintage lights and lanterns all around the pool. The mise en place we chose was very elegant with gold band profile goblets, rose gold cutlery and decorated ivory plates.
Prettiest all-white bouquet…
