If you love a good pastel color story, you’re sure to be mesmerized by these Indian wedding ideas Kylee Yee captured of real bride Rijuta, inspired by a bridal tea at Brooklyn’s Prospect Part Boat House. The team at Bloom Bar brought in the most gorg spring florals to accent the candy-colored space and Rijuta’s stunning lehenga:
Is it peony season yet?
Real bride Rijuta hosted several bridal events for friends and family leading up to her Indian wedding, which inspired this intimate bridal tea party shoot with a Brooklyn twist. She wears a traditional lehenga by Anushree Reddy with marigold, canary yellow and pistachio hues that perfectly accents the colors of the Prospect Park Boathouse.
She is adorned in bracelets, a necklace, and earrings by Outhouse.
And her engagement ring comes from Victor Barbone Jewelry.
Shooting her colorful look and soft makeup against the peak fall foliage in Brooklyn brought an unexpected twist on pastels. A touch of living coral in the florals and dusty rose in the furniture mixes with Indian influences of Himalayan salt, marigolds, tea leaves and pistachio sweets.
Isn’t this hair + makeup look by MG Hair & Makeup beyond pretty?
