If you think you can’t do a tropical destination wedding with a fall color palette, boy you’re about to be so happy we proved you wrong. Chenchen + Hengde live in a beautiful natural area in southern China and they wanted their Thailand destination wedding to be just as awe-inspiring. The Wedding Bliss Thailand and I AM FLOWER made sure they were surrounded by lush autumn blooms and lots of greenery right up on the beach at Sava Beach Villas in Phuket.
Thanks to Alen Karupovic Photography for sharing the photos!
The hues in their traditional ceremony made for the perfect jumping off point for a fall wedding, don’t you think?
Such a gorgeous vow book!
Their moody yet romantic color palette included white, sea shell pink, golden tan, and dark marmalade with garden roses and foliage to reflect the season.
Srsly can’t get over these fall blooms. Swoon.
It was an intimate destination wedding with just 40 guests, and the private villas at Sava Beach Villas fit their vision perfectly. Not to mention, this view!
The bride walked down the aisle to A Thousand Years by Christina Perri and their first dance was to Ed Sheeran’s Perfect.
BTW, if you’re wondering about the dress, it’s Oscar de la Renta ‘Luvi’… A gorgeous ivory silk tulle v-neck ball gown with hand-painted floral motifs from the Spring 2018 collection.
Brace yourselves, Cakies, the reception is just as spectacular as the ceremony…
So so pretty!
What a stunning and thoughtful day.
Wishing you the best, Chenchen + Hengde!
