One of the best things about having a private backyard is the entertaining options, especially in times like these! No matter the size of your outdoor space, having a fun and cozy gathering spot for your family (or quarantine pod) to hang out and watch a good flick on those clear and quiet evenings. Level Events planned this *extremely* cute and chic backyard movie night, and we’re excited to share it today!
The ladies from Level Events said, “The inspiration for this setup was a fun, social distance friendly event to celebrate safely with family and friends. An outdoor movie night seemed like the perfect idea. We worked with our talented team of vendors to bring the vision of a modern boho summer movie night to life and it was incredible! To keep it social distance, each lounge setup had its own popcorn, charcuterie and cocktails for guests to enjoy during the movie. We added interactive carts for guests to grab their own treats and be a part of the experience.
The design was inspired by the lush green yard, we wanted to complement the natural outdoor vibe with textured neutrals, organic elements and unique rentals to create visual interest and photo moments everywhere you look. One of our favorite parts is that they watched the Sandlot, you couldn’t have picked a better movie!”
Bonus points for having a company like The Candy Coach, come and set up a glorious candy display with individually wrapped candy! Mmmmm. And don’t forget cute hand sanitizers!
Now if you wanna be EXTRA, rent a cotton candy cart, like this one from The Jolly Sheep. Soooo cute.
Now let’s get to the movie already! Thanks for sharing, Level Events!
