Morning, Cakies! Today’s elopement… Talk about a swoon-worthy way to kick off Christmas week. These soft details dreamt up by Rebekah Brontë Designs, captured by Kaity Body Photography, pair perfectly with Alberta’s autumn landscape, transporting the couple (and all of us scrolling through) right into the magic of a painting in tones of merlot, berry, and dusty rose…
Alexandra Rose Metier, also behind the one-of-a-kind blush ombre wedding dress, channeled the theme through fall florals of the same rich color palette.Such sweet details for an elopement, right?
Love the hand-painted florals on the mini bottles of bubbly!
From the team: This stunning elopement inspiration begins with the couple getting ready together in the historic and elegant Prince of Wales Hotel, and follows them through sharing vows in front of an epic mountainous backdrop, and taking portraits on the windy shores of Waterton Lake. The evening ends with the couple sharing an elegant meal in front of the hotel at Dusk. The richness of this color palette is such a perfect blend of warmth and elegance, and it could be used as inspiration for any summer, fall, or winter wedding!
So dreamy!
Details like long floral ribbon and the bride’s gold headpiece really add elegance to an elopement in nature.
Wishing you all a lovely holiday week! xx
