We’ve perused many a Millwick wedding in our day, but we never tire of seeing how couples make the lush urban warehouse venue in DTLA their own. For Isabel and James, that meant infusing fresh fruit and funky dried textures in a way that wasn’t too muted, nor too electric. With that in mind, they encouraged One Darling Day and Shindig Chic to work their magic. BKM Photography shares how effortlessly chic it all turned out below!
Isabel wore a classically sleek Sarah Seven gown and pleated veil by Davie & Chiyo.
Her funky tropical bouquet featuring fresh and dried blooms perfectly encapsulated their wedding style.
Such a beautiful moment!
This tropical dried floral install Shindig Chic crafted for the ceremony is just too good!
The bride explains, We wanted a wedding that would feel easy and effortless, so we left it to our amazing vendor team to do what they do best. Our wedding planner Claudia got our vision from the start and set up an excellent team. My jaw was on the floor when we saw everything come together. Throughout the planning process, we just wanted to have fun after a rescheduled date due to COVID, and every element of our wedding represented that through color, food, music and the people we got to share it with.
Perfect accents like these dreamy rental plates from The Ark gave their relaxed vibe an elevated feel.
Definitely one of our favorite takes on a Millwick wedding yet!
