There’s nothing quite like a French Château to set the tone for an unforgettable wedding weekend. Especially when you’ve got the entire 45,000-square-foot, 80-acre property to enjoy. Lexie and Taylor’s celebration began with a lavish welcome party feast inside this breathtaking estate, where old-world charm met modern romance in the most spectacular way. Our Vendor Guide member, Matthew Oliver helped them pulled off the most magical series of celebrations for the whole weekend, and we have lovely photos by Monika Frias to prove it!

The Welcome Party – A Royal Wedding Feast
The setting alone was a dream—think glittering crystal chandeliers, centuries-old sconces, and luxe textiles from French design houses like Pierre Frey, Nobilis, Christian Lacroix, and Jean-Paul Gaultier. As guests stepped inside, they were welcomed with heartfelt words from the couple, who took a moment to honor their loved ones, including Lexie’s late mother.
Then, the grand reveal: doors opened to a feast worthy of royalty. More than 30 exquisite appetizers, entrées, and desserts adorned the candlelit tables, accompanied by towering floral arrangements bursting with color. Every detail was designed to wow, and wow it did.

Obviously, the fashion needed to match for an occasion such as this… and everyone involved definitely delivered.

As the evening unfolded, Taylor’s close friend and fellow Berklee College of Music alum, Anna Stromer (Vitamin String Quartet, Eminem, 30 Seconds to Mars), led a string quartet through a curated setlist of indie, punk, and rock favorites—an unexpected yet perfectly fitting touch. And just when guests thought the night was winding down, another surprise awaited: Taylor’s friend took over as DJ, turning the Château into the ultimate late-night dance party.
With a weekend of celebration ahead, this incredible welcome party set the tone for what was to come: beauty, romance, and a little bit of rock & roll.

The Post-Wedding Brunch
If you haven’t, see the incredible wedding day here (too many photos for one post!!!), then come back and peruse this chic, over-the-top, after-wedding brunch to round out the weekend.
After days of unforgettable moments, the wedding weekend wrapped up with a dreamy poolside brunch, set against a backdrop of lush greenhouses and the quintessential Orangerie. Guests arrived to a chic mimosa bar, relaxed garden games, and yet another indulgent feast—because, of course, no fête of this caliber ends on an empty stomach.
While the wedding ceremony and after-party were pure magic, there’s always a bit of anticipation leading up to the big moments. Sunday, however, was all about unwinding and celebrating the incredible community that had come together over the past three days. And what started as a laid-back brunch quickly evolved into something more—a round of lawn games turned into a full-blown poolside soirée, and before anyone knew it, guests (wedding attire and all) were diving in together.
Fashion Fit for a Whimsical Garden Brunch
The morning after the wedding, the celebrations continued with a Marie Antoinette-inspired brunch, awash in dreamy pinks and blues. Lexie knew this was the perfect occasion for a Giambattista Valli moment and chose a strawberry-pink frock from the designer’s Spring RTW collection. With its tiered, full skirt and floral-inspired silhouette, the dress felt like it was made for frolicking through the Château gardens—a light, playful contrast to the drama of her wedding day looks.
Taylor switched things up as well, stepping away from his sleek black-tie aesthetic into something more relaxed yet refined—a custom light blue linen suit by J. Mueser, effortlessly paired with Converse. The perfect balance of elegance and ease for a joyful, sun-drenched finale to their unforgettable weekend.
As the sun dipped lower, the weekend’s final chapter unfolded with a French-style BBQ and one last night of dancing throughout the Château—this time with a soundtrack curated by Taylor and Lexie’s brother, Cameron. And with Beyoncé’s latest album dropping that very weekend, the timing couldn’t have been more perfect.
