This bridal gown + cape combo? Yeah, you are definitely going to want a closer peek. Our friends at Solstice Bride sent over this shoot featuring the latest from Alexandra Grecco, whose beauty is only matched by the complete stunner that is Masseria Moroseta in Ostuni, Italy. (If this space looks familiar, perhaps you’ve seen it on our own Amanda’s Instagram, since she got to peep the venue during her trip abroad this fall!) Thanks to Melissa Gidney for the photos below!
The inspiration for this shoot originated from the love of photographer Melissa Gidney for the Puglian countryside of ancient twisted olive trees, white hilltop villages, and the turquoise waters of the Adriatic Sea. Alexandra Grecco’s timeless gowns were the perfect complement to Masseria Moroseta’s modern, pared down lines. Masseria Moroseta is designed after the traditional fortified farmhouses that dot the Puglian Countryside. Unique in its modern lines and minimal furnishings, it is the perfect set to showcase the stunning gowns and dramatic florals.
Gah, this bouquet! Chiara Sperti Flower Events is such a pro.
In the Mood For Love and the team contrasted the white color palette with dark + moody plums and black.A few deets on the Annika cape: It’s 100% silk chiffon with slits at the wrist and a single button closure… A perfect pair with the silk Astrid gown. See more in our gallery!
